Under 12's Boys into the Onondaga Cup Final

The under 12 boys recorded a memorable 8-5 victory in the semi final of the Onondaga Cup against a combined Cheadle/Norbury team on Saturday 19th March.

Losing 3-1 at half time, the boys showed great skill and resilience to find a way back into the game, and once equalising, gained momentum to extend the lead, never looking back.

A tense game for all the coaches and spectators, but a thoroughly enjoyable one nevertheless.

Onwards now to the final at the Flags Festival Weekend at Rochdale LC on Sunday 24th April where they meet a strong Mellor u12s .The game will be played immediately before the Mens Senior Flags final where Mersey 1st team will meet Stockport and earlier, Mersey Men's B team will play Rochdale A in the Lancashire Cup Final.
